A Sizing Guide for Men

Snoop around her underwear drawer. This time and ONLY this time its allowed!

Look at the normal underwear, bras and knickers, this will give you an idea of what size is most comfortable.

Bra sizes are not as confusing as you think! They are always in a number and letter combination ie 36C, sometimes there are two letters though! ie 36DD They are normally on the bra label, that is the only figure you need.

Knickers are either a number or a pair of numbers, alway even ie 10, 12 or 14. Sometimes there is a pair of numbers ie 10 - 12 or 14 - 16.

Choosing the right style is important but tricky as there are no hard and fast rules, it literally comes down to personal taste so look out and pay attention!
